Terms of service
1. Scope of These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all orders placed through the Zenith Sole online store (the "Store", "we", "us", or "our") by consumers and business customers alike. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

Any correspondence relating to an order, these Terms, or any other aspect of your relationship with us should be directed to the contact details above.
3. Conclusion of Contract
The product listings displayed in our online store are not legally binding offers. They are an invitation for you to place an order. When you click the order button at the end of the checkout process, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in your cart.
Receiving an automatic order confirmation email does not, by itself, constitute our acceptance of that offer. A contract between you and us is only formed once we accept your order — either by sending you a separate order acceptance email or by shipping the goods to you, whichever happens first.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices displayed on our product pages are shown in USD and include statutory VAT and any other applicable price components. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated based on your delivery address and are always shown clearly during checkout, before you place and confirm your order.
We currently ship to the following regions:
- United Kingdom
- United States
We offer free shipping on orders shipped to these regions.
5. Payment
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. The payment methods available to you will be presented during checkout and may vary depending on your delivery address and order details.
Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract, unless we have expressly agreed on a different payment arrangement with you in writing.
6. Delivery
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our shipping carrier within 1-2 business days of contract conclusion or receipt of payment, whichever is later. Once dispatched, delivery generally takes a further 2-4 business days, depending on the destination.
These are estimated timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Actual handling and delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control, such as carrier delays or other unforeseen events. Where an order-specific estimate is shown at checkout, that estimate takes precedence over the general timeframes stated here.
7. Retention of Title
All goods supplied remain our property until they have been paid for in full. Until title has passed to you, you agree to take reasonable care of the goods and not to dispose of, encumber, or otherwise deal with them in any way that would impair our ownership rights.
8. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for eligible returns are covered by us.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 days to your original payment method. As an alternative to a refund, we are also happy to offer an exchange, where available.
Full details of the return process, eligibility requirements, and any exceptions can be found in our Returns & Refunds policy.
9. Warranty
In addition to any statutory warranty rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, we provide a warranty of 2 years from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If you believe your item is covered under this warranty, please contact us using the details set out in Section 2 above.
10. Dispute Resolution
We aim to resolve any concerns directly and informally wherever possible. If you have an issue with your order or these Terms, please contact us first using the details provided in Section 2 so that we can work together towards a fair resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved in this way, either party remains free to pursue the matter through the courts or any other dispute resolution channels available under the governing law referenced below.
11. Governing Law and Severability
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or void, this shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
