Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, you may return eligible items purchased through our store, shipped to the United Kingdom or the United States, subject to the terms below.

Return Window

You may return your order within 30 days of delivery. No reason is required — if you've simply changed your mind, that's enough to qualify.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The goods are complete and returned in their original packaging.
  • Any labels and protective films remain attached and undamaged.
  • Hygiene items and sealed products have not had their seal opened. Once opened, these items are excluded from return for health and safety reasons.

Items that don't meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

How to Start a Return

Starting a return is simple. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email Fripmocca@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll send you a prepaid return label within one business day.
  3. Repack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the label to the parcel.
  4. Drop the parcel off at your local postal office.

Once your return is on its way, keep your drop-off receipt or tracking number until the return has been confirmed as received.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping, so you won't be charged for sending eligible items back to us. Simply use the prepaid label provided when your return is approved.

Exchanges

Prefer a different size, color, or item rather than a refund? We're happy to arrange an exchange instead. Just let us know your preference when you contact us to start your return, and we'll take care of the rest.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, whether that's Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, and will reflect the purchase price in USD. Please note that it may take your bank or card provider a few additional days to post the refund to your account.
